1. CONSCIOUSNESS:

The central core problem of humanity is one of consciousness, or the lack thereof. Consciousness defines our reality. Whatever reality we have built and created for ourselves is directly related to our internal levels of evolutionary consciousness, intelligence and experience. Without consciousness, there is no evolution. Thus said, the very key to our survival and evolutionary advancement depends entirely on our ability to expand our consciousness individually and collectively as a species.

Education, obviously, takes center stage in this most critical arena.

Education can take many forms; experiential, institutional and societal with regards to media and information access.

2. COSMOLOGY:

3. COMPASSION:

Human compassion is predominantly a female attribute, exemplified in the care, nuturance and life enhancing qualitites and requirements for birthing and rearing children, yet this characteristic is also innately found in many males as well, particularily those who are vegan/vegetarian and who are predominantly politically progressive. Compassion is dialectically opposed to the war, death and destruction attributes of the current military-industrial-intelligence-security complex, which is chiefly responsible for destroying this planet- both on a conscious and physical level.

4. COOPERATION

The principle of cooperation is one of unity consciousness. Within any given species on Earth, cooperation, rather than competition, ensures cohesion, security, survival and continuity rather than division, conflict, self-interest and ultimately, devolution. Cooperation is obviously the very key, along with higher consciousness, a coherent cosmology and an enshrined degree of compassion within the human heart, to the survival and evolutionary advancement of the human enterprise on Earth on into the 21st century and beyond.

5. INTELLIGENCE

Intelligence is the culmination of higher levels of consciousness, cosmology, compassion and cooperation among the hearts and minds of the human species. Both individually and collectivly, intellegence is the defining characteristic in our ability to discern truth from error. Intelligence is also a reflection of our ability to develop a comprehencive knowledge base which leads to the creation, exercise and command of wisdom. Higher levels of intelligence and wisdom define the maturity and evolutionary advancement of the human condition. It is intelligence, or the lack thereof, that will determine the trajectory for humanity's future destiny.

MAJOR REVOLUTIONARY CHANGES AHEAD FOR THE HUMAN SPECIES:

Critical crises and major revolutionary changes are coming upon the human species in the 21st century- and they're coming in fast. Those who prepare, institutionalize the needed changes and stay ahead of the curves will prosper greatly in the years and decades to come. Willingly or per force, human civilization is moving into a coming Green World Order. That means sustainability and going green on every level of society worldwide. If we wish to survive as a species, this is the only future alternative. All other efforts to continue on with 'business as usual' will fail. We are OUT OF TIME. We have reached (and some would argue, we have already passed) the critical threshold through which we will either evolve or perish as a species.

GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE: A PLANETARY EMERGENCY

Global Climate Change is undountedly the #1 international security threat to Mankind at the beginning of the 21st century.

In all truthfullness, it is a "planetary emergency" of incredible magnitude and scope that not only threatens the survival of human civilization, but, in fact, all sentient life on Earth.

International scientific consensus has concluded that greenhouse gases are the primarly cause of Global Climate Change, otherwise known as 'Global Warming'.

According to the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO2) rose to roughly 380ppm- {parts per million}- in 2007, compared to pre-industrial levels of 280ppm back in the early 1700's. Today (in 2017) levels of CO2 have surpassed 400ppm.

Human activity, through the burning and combustion of fossil fuels {oil, natural gas and coal etc}, is the primary cause of this dramatic increase. The hydrocarbon economy is projected to elevate CO2 emissions to between a range of 540-970ppm by the end of the 21st century, in turn, leading to an average global surface temperature rise of between 1.1- 6.4 degrees Celsius (2.0- 11.5 degrees Farenheit). It is known that CO2 levels are substantially higher now than at any time in the last 750,000 years.

Increases in global temperatures are expected to cause massive melting of the polar ice caps, particularily the North Pole and in areas of Greenland, leading to an intensity of extreme weather events on the planet, including significant changes in the amount and pattern of precipitation. Other expected effects include an increase in planetary desertification, changes in agricultural yields, massive glacier melts, species extinction and a proliferation of new insect disease vectors worldwide.

The biggest factor of present concern is the increase in CO2 levels brought on by emissions of fossil fuel combustion. Other factors that have led to an increase in global greenhouse gases include; changing land use patterns, ozone level variations, methane and aerosol releases, animal agriculture and, specifically, deforestation. However, fossil fuel burning has produced approximately 3/4ths of the increase in global CO2 levels from human activity these past 50 years.

On a planetary scale, every one degree increase at the equator brought on by Global Warming translates into a 10 degree increase in temperature at the poles. This leads to progressively warmer heat ranges towards both the northern and southern polar regions, as well as to higher elevations on the continents.

The current so-called "bark beetle" infestation of whole swaths of forest land, particularily in the northern hemisphere, is a direct result of warming temperatures throughout the world brought on for the most part by the burning of fossil fuels -gas guzzling SUV's, airline flights, industrial emissions etc.

Another critical aspect of Global Climate Change concerns the rapidly melting glacial ice coming from Greenland, which will, in turn, affect the thermohaline current of the Gulf Stream responsible for bringing warmer water and temperatures to Europe (particularily the United Kingdom) and the East Coast of the USA.

Such a disruption will most likely plunge these areas of the world into a climate comparable to frozen Siberia in the winter, once this heat belt begins to shut down due to a dissolution of the alkalinity and temperature variations of the ocean water environment, which currently drives the current northward from the equator.

Global Warming will also reduce the albedo effect of the planet, due to decreased snow and ice cover from annual melts at the polar regions, in particular, revealing dark ground and ice/water underneath, resulting in even more absorption of solar radiation. This causes more warming, faster melting and the cycle feeds upon itself ad infinitum...

Global Climate Change represents a supreme planetary "crisis" for the human enterprise on Earth. At the same time, though, it also represents a supreme "opportunity" to evolve our society into an advanced, free, non-polluting and energy abundant world.

Solar, wind and anti-gravity (energy) will replace the current antiquated hydrocarbon/fossil fuel energy economy in all realms of human endeavor. In the critical area of transportation, a radically new paradigm is emerging to help transit our civilization from off the gas and oil spiget: Decentralized solar photovoltaic panels on households are to provide energy to power an emerging fleet of electric cars now beginning to make their debut on the world scene, particularily in the city of San Francisco, California, USA- the purported new electric car capital of the world. The new Tesla Roadster prototype electric car goes from 0-60 mph in just under 4 seconds and has a range of between 200-250 miles per charge.

Anti-gravity, however, is the single free energy source that will revolutionize the entire matrix of human society once it is harnessed, and may very well propell us to the stars and beyond in the fullness of time...

TIME TO TERMINATE THE GLOBAL CAPITALIST SYSTEM

The system of global capitalism, while providing goods and services to a large majority of people on Earth, is, in the end, an utter and complete failure. As a mechanism of wealth creation, capitalism has made a few billionares excessively wealthy, while at the same time failing to provide for the mass majority of suffering and needy on the bottom 2/3rds of the global economic spectrum. The system cannot be reformed, retrofitted or remade, it must be completely abandoned and thrown into the dust bin of human history. Both capitalism and communism cannot deliver a just and equitable system of providing adequate goods and services to all members of the human family, because the underlying 'modus operendi' relies upon the profit motive, greed and competition, aspects of human consciousness that are rooted in the dark side of the human psyche. Statistically, as of 2017, a few hundred billionares at the top have more combined wealth, prosperity, resources and opportunity than the bottom 2/3rds of humanity- more than 4 billion people. Such a system cannot and will not survive the 21st century. Another world is possible, in fact, it is absolutely necessary. Greed, self-interest, and advancement at the expense of others can never fullfill the resource, environmental, psychological, societal and spiritual needs of 21st century civilization. A completely new system is required if Mankind is to survive and prosper in the coming century.

GLOBAL CONSTITUTION/WORLD BILL OF RIGHTS

A Global Constitution and World Bill of Rights is in the offering for the future as humanity pulls together in unity and in solidarity to eventually form a world planetary government. The United States of America, a nation with the greatest freedoms and liberties of any given nation (at least on paper), has the most to offer with regards to the formation and implementation of a Global Constitution and World Bill of Rights. The 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments of the US Bill of Rights have been the most respected and most honored rights amongst any peoples or any nation in human history. The freedom of speech and religion, the right to keep and bear arms and the right to privacy are, therefore, the most preferred planks to be incorporated into a World Bill of Rights. If the human species is to mature and evolve into an advanced world civilization, these 3 basic human (or natural) rights must become world law.

-Amendment 1

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

-Amendment 2

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

-Amendment 4

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

A GREEN WORLD ORDER

Welcome to the Green World Order.

Its CRUNCH TIME for Planet Earth. Every imaginable indicator is completely "off the scale". Human civilization and a green one world government is not only inevitable but absolutely necessary for planetary and species survival on into the 21st century.

A green world order means a sustainable planetary civilization. It means honoring and respecting the environmental ecology and life-giving nuturance that our biosphere provides for us to live on this earth. That means not destroying, exploiting and permanently fowling our nest.

And, it means a Radical Change in the way humanity grows food, builds and occupies buildings and transports itself from place to place. Fundamanetally, it requires a complete and utter evolution in our way of thinking about our place in nature.

To highlight the multidimensional CRISIS that is NOW upon us:

1. World Population is completely OUT of Control. Human Civilization is now at 7 BILLION. The Earth cannot sustain, nor does it have the "carrying capacity", to provide a decent standard of living for this many people. Sustainability figures range from 2-3 billion, tops.
2. Global Environmental Destruction on many fronts, the chief of which is Global Climate Change. This single issue alone will determine whether or not humanity will survive the 21st century. Truely, it is a Planetary Emergency brought about by our dependence and burning of fossil fuels.
3. The Global Water Crisis is similiarily a defining issue that will determine who lives and who dies in the immediate years and decades ahead. Already, massive water deficits and shortages are endemic throughout the world, compounded only more so by growing population numbers and global climatic drought conditions in many countries.
4. Weapons of Mass Destruction are currently still held by many nations across the globe. As social, environmental and demographic stresses increase, so does the threat that these horrible weapons will be unleashed upon the cities and peoples of the world. Currently, there are more than 60,000 muclear weapons on hair-trigger alert in our world.
5. World Hunger, Starvation, Famine, Disease and Pestilence takes the lives of more than 40 million innocent men, women and children across our planet annually. This figure accounts for a level of human death equivalent to more than 7 jewish holocausts occuring EVERY YEAR. By far, this is the greatest human holocaust to ever have occured in all of human history. This has GOT TO STOP, immediately.

Yet, despite the collective world CRISIS that is NOW upon us, there is NOW the Global OPPORTUNITY to create a Green World Order:

All of the forementioned crises' and problems can be solved forever by building a green sustainable world civilization.

That means a number of things; some of which include, replacing fossil fuels with alternative energy sources such as solar, wind, anti-gravity, geothermal, tidal and biomass and conserving what fossil fuels we have left, using them primarily for the transition to a free energy society. Furthermore, this also includes constructing massive arrays of solar photovoltaic panels and wind farms in windy areas to provide electricity for a growing fleet of electric vehicles and electric run homes and businesses. The introduction of anti-gravity propulsion in and of itself will revolutionize nearly every facet of society, lifting all boats and providing limitless free energy for all, eliminating our current energy scarcity paradigm.

With artificial energy scarcity removed, hydrocarbon pollution and international conflict to acquire fossil fuels will end, eliminating the need for weapons of mass destruction. With a higher standard of living thereby available for all, the elimination of poverty, disease, overpopulation and deprivation can quickly become a reality. Environmental sustainability and respect for the livelihood of future generations can become one of the central organizing principles of an evolved and advanced world civilization. Water, food, soil and air conservation and the sustainable use of these precious resources can become a reality as we learn to apply the proper stewardship skills that will be necessary for our continued survival on this planet.

A Green World Order will recycle, conserve and intelligently use what finite natural resources we have been endowed with on our planet. One of the primary goals will be to minimally and sustainably provide all the comforts, needs and living necessities to all members of the human family. We must, therefore, aim for a complete end of suffering and depravation within all levels of society. It will mean educating humanity with established principles of enviromental management and a learned respect for the sacredness of all life on Earth, not just human. Organic farming will replace fossil fuel agriculture. Cities of more than 100,000 residents will become a thing of the past as regional "carrying capacity" limits are achieved in site specific areas throughout the nations. Family planning- perhaps a one child per family law- will stabilize world population figures to sustainable levels. Free and decentralized energy sources will liberate humanity from many facets of scarcity and toil. Limitless transportation modes will eliminate the need for urban sprawl and the desperate acquisition of property, food, resources and comfort at the expense of the commons and the deprived.

Everything can be achieved with the GREAT SHIFT to a green planetary civilization and a green world order.

Let us therefore enter into an advanced PLANETARY civilization, there is absolutely no time to waste.

A GLOBAL GREEN ECONOMY

A GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORITY

A new Global Environmental Authority (or Global Environmental Agency) is now a necessary prerequisite for planetary survival.

There is no longer anytime for national environmental problem solving. Global warming, the global water crisis, rapid deforestation/desertification, global overpopulation and poverty, global plague and pestilence etc.... CANNOT be solved independently, they REQUIRE international cooperation, collective agreement and shared governance.

This new agency must be given authoritiative powers to define and collect reliable scientific data on all aspects of the global environmental crisis, as well as administer and implement global environmental policy for all the nations of the Earth.

The establishment of this newly centralized planetary agency would be the culmination of decades of global environmental conventions, conferences, agreements, protocols and treaties, some of which include; the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment in Stockholm, Sweden in 1972, the Law of the Sea Treaty, the Antarctica Agreement, the Basel Convention on Hazardous Wastes, the Brundtland Commission Report in 1987, the Montreal Protocols (on substances that deplete the ozone), the UN Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janiero, Brazil in 1992 (the 1992 Earth Summit), the Global 2000 Report to the President (of the USA), the Earth Charter, Agenda 21, the Convention to Combat Desertification, the establishment of the Global Environmental Facility, the Kyoto Protocols (on global greenhouse gase emissions), the 2002 Earth Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa etc, etc...

The global environmental problems of today are as diverse as they are serious. Following the rapid expansion of human industrial activity these past 2 centuries, these problems have grown into very real threats to the Earth's future security and survival. The consumption of vast quantities of fossil fuels have led to global warming and massive environmental pollution. The rapid increase, exploitation and consumption of the Earth's finite natural resources such as timber, soil, land and water, combined with the increase in global poverty, hunger and disease, and exacerbated by urbanization and population growth, have ALL coalesced to create a mandate for planet management at the highest of levels. Thus, a global environmental authority would become the bell-weather or beacon around which an embroyonic system of authentic global governance can emerge.

The central challenge of our time is to institute a foundational mechanism of international cooperation. Current and emerging environmental threats facing the world are of such great magnitude and so universal in nature that no country, or group of countries, can hope to tackle them alone. Collaberation between nations driven by creative and innovative management of global affairs in the area of environmental mediation and security, is the only conceivable solution that will work for everyone.

A new economic/environmental paradigm of international sustainable development is in the offering for the immediate remaking and restructuring of our civilization. The establishment of a new global environmental authority will help accomplish this desperately needed task by provided the context and the drive that will define both Earth security and planetary survival as the central organizing principles of our time.

I propose that this new institution be based in Brussels, Belgium, the administrative capital of the European Union, and housed in the building that is now occupied by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
